With new consoles come new problems, and while the PS5 is an excellent piece of hardware, it has some flaws. Here is a list of all known error codes with a current solution provided by PlayStation. You can find all the solutions belowplaystation.comAlso.

Fehlercode CE-105799-1/CE-113212-0
The connection to the server can not be established
- Check the PSN status pagein the event of a server failure or ongoing maintenance work.
- Restart your PS5, and connect to the Internet using a wired connection as much as possible. And configure the network settings again.
- If using a wireless connection, check the installation location, e.g. B. by moving your PS5 closer to the router or removing anything that interrupts the connection between the devices.
- Turn off your router and modem, wait at least 5 minutes and restart.
- Update your router's firmware. (Contact your router provider for more information about the update.)
- If possible, try to open these ports. TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 and UDP: 3478, 3479,49152~65535. Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for help opening ports and router settings.
- Manually configure a static IP address in the network settings to extend it.
- It could be improved by temporarily changing DNS settings.
- Go toDNS settingsNOnetwork settings, and configure your network settings using the public DNS number, which is free and available to the public of any business or organization.
If the above procedure doesn't solve the problem, the line is probably temporarily busy. Wait a while and try again later.
Fehlercode CE-107520-5: Install the latest software
- Connect your PS5 to the internet and update to the latest available version of the system software.
- If possible, use a different download method, e.g. B. Downloading the PS5 system software to a USB drive or updating via a game disc.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the latest software update.
CE Error Code - 108360 - 8 / CE-111161-1: Check HD Camera and PlayStation Camera connection status.
- Check the connection status of HD Camera and PlayStation Camera.
- If you're using a PS camera, make sure you're using thatdedizierter Adapterso that it is compatible with the PS5. Make sure you are using the correct connection method.
- Make sure your room/area has enough light
- Adjust camera position/angle to allow proper functionality.
- Check the camera settings on your PS5 for more actions.
CE-108889-4/ NP-102944-0/ NP102945-1 Install the latest system software.
- If an error occurs during the update,Reboot your network devices and PS5, and then try to update again. If possible, try an update method other than the Internet.
- You can alsoDownload the PS5 system softwareto a USB drive from a computer that can connect to the Internet.
- If you can't connect your system to the internet, you can also update it using a game disc. If you boot from a disc that contains a newer version of the system software, a screen will appear to guide you through the upgrade process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Fehlercode CE-117722-0
There was an error connecting to PlayStation Now streaming.
- Run thoseInternet Connection Teston PS Now and check if your connection environment is suitable for game streaming.
- Restart your PlayStation 5, connect to the Internet using a wired connection as much as possible and configure the network settings again.

- If the game is available for download, try downloading and playing. Make sure there is enough free space on the PS5.

Error Code NP-102942-8 This feature is unavailable due to age restrictions.
Notice
- Make sure the age registered on your account meets the age requirements for the app.
- Check the parental control settings.
Error code NP-102946-2 Please install the latest update file.
- Connect PlayStation 5 to the Internet and install the latest update file.
- If you encounter an error during the update, look forenough free spacein the main unit's memory and whether the update is in progress.
- If the update is in progress, wait for it to complete.
If there is not enough free space, delete unnecessary data and try again.
Error code NP-102947-3
The Internet connection may be unstable and the latest application update file cannot be found.
- Restart your PlayStation 5 and connect to the internet using a wired connection as much as possible. And configure the network settings again.
- If using a wireless connection, check the installation location, e.g. B. by moving your PS5 closer to the router or removing anything that interrupts the connection between the devices.
- Turn off your router and modem, wait at least 5 minutes and restart.
- Update your router's firmware. (Contact your router provider for more information about the update.)
Connect PS5 to the internet and install the latest update file.

Error code NP-102955-2 Account information is incorrect.
- There is a possibility that you enter different information than the account registered in the console.
- Verify the sign-in ID and password for the account you're trying to sign in to.

This service is currently under maintenance.
- Reset internet connectionSettings on PlayStation 5 and test your internet connection.
- Turn off your router and modem and wait at least 5 minutes before turning them back on.
- If the above procedure doesn't work, try again later as the line may be temporarily overloaded.
